Limited Medical Radiography Certificate
The Limited Medical Radiography (LMR) program at Campbellsville University is a certificate program consisting of classroom and laboratory courses along with clinical rotations to various healthcare facilities. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate and will be eligible to take the LMR certification test and apply for licensing in the state of KY. LMRs are able to work in a variety of clinical settings.
Enrollment for the program at Campbellsville's main campus is August and January of each year. There is a maximum of 15 students being accepted into the program for each campus.

Length:
- 1004 clock hours and can be completed in approximately 12 months
- Consists of classroom and laboratory courses along with clinical rotations to various healthcare facilities.
The program is structured on a bi-term schedule, meaning that every 8 weeks students will begin a new set of classes. Classes meet in the daytime hours and typically are four days per week from 8:30-3:30. Clinical hours will be varying days Monday-Friday with times ranging from 7:30 am till 4:30 pm depending on the operating hours of the clinical facility.
Admissions Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old before the start date of the program
- High school diploma or GED
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal background check
- Meet program technical standards
- No pre-requisites for the program.
Program Cost:
Tution and Fees: $16,250 which includes books, kit fee, laboratory supplies, background and drug screenings, and certification exam fee.
Tuition does not include required vaccinations, uniforms, required clinical shoes, or travel expenses to and from clinical facilities.
